1E1 (1958-1985)

In 1958 Adams purchased a red American LaFrance International body fire truck. In 1975 the fire truck was sent out for a paint job and came back yellow, leaving only 1T2 and the Buffalo as the only red trucks. This truck retired in 1985 when it was replaced by the new 1E1.
