March 2012 Shawnee Road Fire

In March of 2013 Adams was dispatched mutual aid with Shawnee to a call from smoke coming from a residence. Upon arrival light smoke was showing from the house. After entering the house and finding a fire in basement the fire rapidly spread throughout the house. All crews were forced to evacuate the house due to deteriorating conditions. Due to the construction of the house the fire spread fast and the house was deemed a total loss.
